Limousines and sedans do not make a limousine or sedan service. Limo and sedan services are defined by service, not limos and sedans! At Miami Lincoln Town Car Services, we never forget that without service, a limousine or Lincoln Town Car sedan is just an expensive taxi cab with a nice paint job.

Dear PCTS Miami Limo & Sedan Client: We value your business and strive to deliver a luxury transportation experience that exceeds every expectation. In order to continue providing Miami's best limousine service, we have found it necessary to institute the following T.o.S policies. We do appreciate your business, and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Deposit

A minimum deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate is due before any reservation is confirmed. You will need to provide billing information and authorize PCTS INC to make a one-time charge to your credit card in an amount equal to 1/2 of the quoted price when making your reservation. Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of deposit.  (why?)

Cancellations

Deposits for reservations cancelled 72 hrs or more prior to scheduled time and date of service are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the reserved service will be refunded the full amount minus a service charge of 25% of the quoted price. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to service will result in a charge for the full quoted price being made to the credit card used to make the reservation. No shows with no cancellation notice given will result in the full quoted price plus three hours wait time as described below. You must obtain a cancellation number or you will be charged as described in this section and elsewhere (why?)

  • Please call (305) 490-0046 for all cancellations.

Officially Canceled or Delayed Flights

To be eligible for refund or rescheduling and avoid additional wait time charges, please notify us of officially cancelled or delayed flights at your first opportunity. When delay or cancellation is on day of service, no later than 30 minutes after the delay or cancellation is announced by your airline  Upon verification of the official delay or cancellation from your airline, your reservation will be transferred to your new date and time of arrival or your deposit will be refunded in full (minus 10% service fee) at your option. Failure to notify us will result in forfeiture of deposit and possible additional wait time or no-show charges as described elsewhere. (why?)

Wait Time Fees &  Grace Periods

Wait times in excess of the grace period for your type of service and vehicle will result in wait time fees being added to the full quoted price for your service. A standard grace period is specified below for each type of service.  (FAQs)
  • Grace Periods
    • Incoming Domestic Flights: 30 min
    • Incoming International Flights: 60 min
  • Wait Time Fees
    • Limo: $150/HR for up to 3 hours, after which we will consider the job cancelled and bill in full.
    • Sedan: $85/HR for up to 3 hours, after which we will consider the job cancelled and bill in full.
Damage To Vehicle

You authorize PCTS Inc. to submit additional charges (see below) to your credit card should your actions or those of anyone in your party result in damage or excessive wear and tear to our vehicle(s).

  • These charges will be made only in the event of damage or excessive wear to our vehicle caused by the actions of the person or party for whom service is reserved
  • Any and all such damage will be professionally repaired, restored or cleaned at the client's expense.
  • Client will be responsible for payment of lost earnings for the period of time during which the vehicle is unavailable for service while being  repaired / restored / cleaned.
  • Stretch SUV Limousine: $800/12 HRS
  • Town Car Sedan: $500/12 HRS
  • Cleaning: $150/HR
